  Heaven Leigh Quiban - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2010

In 2010, Heaven Quiban was crowned Miss Sacramento’s Outstanding Teen. Since then, Heaven has graduated high school and is now wrapping up her undergraduate studies at California State University in San Diego. She is obtaining her degree in Communication Studies while interning for a life coaching company, Life Purpose Advisor. During her time in college, Heaven has become a Co-President of Communication Society, founded the first Asian sorority on campus, and spent a semester studying at John Cabot University located in Rome, Italy. After graduation, Heaven is planning to pursue working in public relations in the art field.  She is currently working in New York.

Jillian Smith - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2011, Top 10 at Miss California, Miss California 2017

She is a current graduate of  Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.  After many years of competing she has finally achieved her goal of becoming Miss California 2017. 
She has won $26,500 in scholarships this year  alone and she competed for Miss America in Atlantic City in September of 2017.  She recently got married

Mackenzie Starnes - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2013, Top 10 at Miss California's OT

 Mackenzie prides herself on being a scholars student while fulfilling multiple community service obligations.  She has helped with multiple fundraisers for the Children's Miracle Network, Salvation Army, Sacramento Crisis Nursery and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) just to name a few.  Mackenzie has played her violin since 2nd grade and has been a 1st violinist for the Sacramento Youth Symphony.  She has enjoyed playing her violin for the pediatric patients of UC Davis and Shriners Hospital.  She is a self taught guitarist, pianist and harpist.   Mackenzie really enjoys promoting her platform S.T.E.M. (Science, technology, Engineering and Math)  to young ladies of all ages and has worked with the  Girl Scouts of America to promote her platform.    Mackenzie is the recipient of the Duke of Edinburgh's International Silver Award, the 2015 Miss California's Outstanding Teen Community Service Award, the  Academic Excellence Award and the Christian Brothers Friends of the Arts (FOTA) Scholarship Award.  She is a Student Ambassador for the Wounded Warrior Project and really supports our men and women in the Armed Forces.  Mackenzie's dream is to someday go to an east coast ivy league school to study Bio-Medical engineering.  She is a current graduate of  Boston University and starting on her Masters in the Fall of 2020

Kamryn Cendana - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2014, Top 15 at Miss California OT

Kamryn Cendana is a 3 time Presidential Volunteers Service Award recipient as well as achieved the Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. Kamryn was recognized by both the Sacramento County and California Outstanding Teen Pageants as the Community Service Award winner. She is the founder of her own platform, 2hands1heart, where she strives to inspire volunteerism in others. Kamryn placed in the Top 15 at the California pageant where she played piano. Kamryn also enjoys golf and hanging out with her cat.  She graduated from Baylor in Texas studying Pre-Law and Political science.

Violet Joy Hansen - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2015, Top 15 at Miss California, Miss California's OT 2017

 Violet Joy Hansen's platform is the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Each ill child and sibling that stays at the Ronald McDonald House gets to choose a blanket of their own.   One of the ways Violet serves this charity is to make these blankets.

Violet has a passion for all aspects of Musical Theatre. She has been dancing since she was three years old and is an “on pointe” ballerina. Violet also loves singing all types of music including opera. She has been in 19 musical theatre productions. Some of her favorites have included Cinderella in Cinderella and Maid Marion in Robin Hood. Violet also likes to act in films, and has had the privilege of acting in 9 short films and 3 commercials. Her future goals are attend UCLA and pursue a career in musical theatre.

In her junior year of high school, she won the title of Miss California's Outstanding Teen and she won a scholarship for $16,000. 

Nikki Holbrook - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding Teen 2016, 2nd Runner-up to Miss California's Outstanding Teen and Preliminary Talent Winner

Nikki is a skilled pianist, playing the piano since she was five years old. Nikki was also a competitive soccer club player until suffering a career ending injury in 2011.  Although she continues to serve as a soccer referee, Nikki turned to dance as a fun and therapeutic way to stay fit.  As such, Nikki is a returning member of her school's popular dance squad - HYPE- specializing in hip hop, jazz, and contemporary dance.  Nikki also performs Tahitian dance as a member of her school's Polynesian Club.  

Nikki is active in her church and community and her desire to serve others is the foundation of her platform - Youth Community Service.  Nikki has participated in numerous service projects throughout Sacramento and Elk Grove and wants to instill that desire to serve in all youth.  Nikki exclaimed, "We learn to be better human beings when we share our time in serving others!"  Nikki plans to attend college and pursue a degree in  business administration with the long term goal of becoming the CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

She went on to become Miss  Sacramento County 2017 and placed in the top 7 at Miss California and she is now attending BYU Hawaii ~ She is the current Miss Hawaii and competed for the title of Miss America on December 19, 2024 ~Aloha!

Olivia Wynkoop - Miss Sacramento County's Outstanding  Teen 2017

Olivia Wynkoop is currently a junior at San Francisco State University, pursuing a degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science. She hopes to continue her studies at UC Berkeley for a master’s degree, and eventually work for an established media site to tell the stories of San Francisco citizens.

She now works as an ambassador for Project HEAL, a non-profit dedicated to provide mental health services. As she works with recovery centers in the Bay Area, Olivia uses her voice to speak on the pressures of the modeling and entertainment industry, and how she went about her own journey with self-love and acceptance.

During her year of reign, Olivia was awarded a non-finalist talent award at Miss California and spread awareness of Veteran services and care.  Aside from her studies and service, Olivia                                                           keeps busy with planning global travels, singing jazz music and doing yoga!
